Peanuts coffee is one of our favorite Caffè Latte recipe. With the CBE coffee filter we can combine endless of ingredients as roots, nuts, seeds, etc. CBE coffee brewing tool it’s a toy for coffee lovers. Let’s see how to make the p-coffee or peanut coffee.

Ingredients for 1/2 liter:

A cup of milk coffee with peanuts, dates and coffee beans nearby

30g of coffee whole beans
30g of rolled oats
30g of whole peanuts with shell (or without)
3 pitted dates
1 cm of vanilla pod or 3 cm of cinnamon stick.


Preparation time: 5 minutes
Expiration: 5 days in the fridge.

  1. Heat water up to 70ºC and pour into the CBE’s jar or into a narrow sauce pan.
  2. Place the CBE coffee brewer filter in the casserole or in the CBE’s glass jar.
  3. Put the coffee beans into the filter and blend with your hand blender for 1 minute.
  4. Let is infuse for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the other ingredients in the filter and blend again for 1 minute. The water must cover the seeds.
  6. Let it rest for 3 minutes.
  7. Remove the filter and press the pulp with the mortar to get the last drops.

Take note, that if the drink rests for some days it is even tastier than the first day, but it must be stored in the fridge.

Cold Brew option

The same recipe could be made using cold water in the “Cold Brew” style. It changes though the acidity and bitterness of the coffee, providing a different aroma, but the texture is more liquid.
