Emulsifying whole coffee beans mixed with other seeds and natural flavorings allows us to extract delicious combinations of Caffè Latte. With CBE we enjoy testing endless seeds and spices with the coffee beans. We share as an example one of our favorite variants:


Ingredients for 1/2 liter

  • 30g of coffee whole beans
  • 30g of rolled oats
  • 30g of nuts
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 cm of vanilla pod or 3 cm of cinnamon stick.


Preparation time: 5 minutes

Expiration: 5 days in the fridge.

  1. Heat water up to  70ºC and pour into the CBE’s jar or into a narrow sauce pan.
  2. Place the CBE coffee brewer filter in the casserole or in the CBE’s glass jar.
  3. Put all the ingredients in the filter. The water must cover the seeds.
  4. Blend using a hand blender for 1 minute.
  5. Optional: Let it rest for 3 minutes.
  6. Remove the filter and press the pulp with the mortar to get the last drops.

The Nut’s Caffè Latte is made. Enjoy your creation right away or store it in the fridge. The next day you decide how you want to taste it, can be cold or hot. Bouth options are exquisite !

Cold Brew option

The same recipe could be made using cold water in the “Cold Brew” style. It changes though the acidity and bitterness of the coffee, providing a different aroma.
