Shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide but CHUFAMIX SL is not responsible for the costs related to import clearance that may apply to the product in each country.

Shipping conditions

All our shipments are made through a transport agency, with tracking number and include insurance.

Orders are prepared within 24 or 48 hours, after which they are shipped by parcel service except in case of force majeure, for reasons beyond our control. In total, from the time you place an order until it arrives at your home can take approximately 48 hours in the Iberian Peninsula, 1-7 working days in Europe and at least 15 working days worldwide.
On Saturdays, Sundays and / or holidays no deliveries or collections are made.

CHUFAMIX SL will not be responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.

To be more efficient and sustainable, please group all your items in the same order.

In relation to international shipments, please note that there are customs in some countries that require a national identification card number to complete the process. Failure to complete this information or filling it out incorrectly, may result in the retention of the shipment by the customs services.

CBE SL is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by customs services.

Incorrect Adresses

If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the customer, the orders sent will be automatically returned and CHUFAMIX SL is not responsible for the cost of the second shipment. Check that your delivery address is as complete and accurate as possible.

By confirming the PURCHASING CONDITIONS the customer agrees to pay second postage in cases of returns for incomplete addresses, not completed by the same and for shipments not claimed in time. CHUFAMIX SL cannot be held responsible if it cannot ship the requested order due to circumstances beyond its control, including delays by our suppliers, fires, floods, strikes, electrical problems, etc.

The final price of the product accepted by the user at the end of the purchase process includes delivery to the designated address. It includes, specifically, two delivery attempts at the user’s home, being for the account of the user the costs arising from the impossibility of making such delivery in each attempt, in which Chufamix SL has no participation; so it will be the user responsible for receiving, at their own expense, the products purchased.

After the second delivery attempt, the purchased products will remain in deposit for 5 days in the delegation of the transport company. If during the aforementioned period of 5 days the products have not been withdrawn, they will be returned to the central office in Madrid (Spain), so that the new shipment of the products will have to be paid, previously, by the user.
