The “CBE® Coffee Brewing Explorer” is a brand-new coffee extraction system.

If we think about the existing brewing systems (Espresso, Immersion, Moka, Filter…) they all have one thing in common:

they brew from ground coffee.

For the first time, CBE allows you to brew & emulsify Whole Coffee Beans. You only need a hand blender and 2 minutes to create unique Coffee Combinations.

If you emulsify the whole coffee beans on their own, the coffee will end up being oily, cloudy and murky. However, when you emulsify the whole beans mixed with other grains, nuts, etc., the natural alchemy will create some unique Coffee Combination with Plant Milk; Caffe Latte, Mochaccino, etc.

Disc: Use the 300 microns disc with the text “0.3  OAT  COFFEE BEANS  NUTS” engraved by laser.

Whole coffee beans can also be emulsified straight into any type of milk. You will get a special coffee & milk shake kind of beverage, quite different from the traditional “coffee with milk”.

We highly recommend to experiment. For instance, try mixing the coffee beans with a handful of oat flakes in order to provide the creaminess, a couple of handfuls of any kind of nut (or mixed nuts) for body and a sweet nutty flavour, and/or add tea, herbs, grains or roots for an even healthier and more flavoursome combination.

Not only will you enjoy a coffee as nobody has ever before, but you will also start to get a glimpse of the scale of the potential that CBE® is offering to your daily lifestyle.

P-Coffee (Peanut Coffee) might be the perfect shocking start:

30 g of whole coffee beans, 30 g of roasted peanuts with shell, 15 gr of rolled oats, 2 pitted dates, a drop of vanilla and 1/2 of water (70ºC).
