Ingredients for the seafood pasta:
- Some cooked fish and seafood scraps
- 1.5 liters of water
- 250 g of pasta
- 6 peeled shrimps
- a few leaves of arugula
- 100 g pumpkin
- 1 small onion
- seeds for garnish

Preparation:
- Put hot salted water in a saucepan or in the Emulsionizer container. Place the filter inside the container with the cooked fish leftovers we have in the kitchen: fish skin and bones, seafood scraps, etc.
- Blend with the hand blender for 1 minute until the water turns into fish stock.
- Finish filtering with the help of the Emulsionizer mortar.
- Boil the broth and cook the pasta in it (as long as necessary).
- Meanwhile poach the onion and the pumpkin in a frying pan and add the arugula and the shrimps in the last seconds so that they do not spoil too much.
- Serve with seed topping.
