Place the Emulsionizer® filter into the pot you are cooking your stew in. Load the filter with stale bread, potato peelings, roasted peanuts in their shells, seaweed, or any other raw material that might act like a thickener once emulsified, together with some of the ingredients of the stew itself and emulsify them blending for one minute with your hand blender.
You can also add any hard seed, grain, root, stem, branch, shell and food leftover (already cooked or raw). Not only will you thicken the stew, but also expand intensively it’s flavor. All this thanks to the centrifugal emulsion process achieved by the pairing of the hand blender and the Emulsionizer.
