Aqu\u00ed te mostramos algunos consejos para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo los alimentos que seguro te sorprender\u00e1n. Usaremos como ingredientes partes de verduras y frutas que normalmente se desechan para obtener un gazpacho verde saludable y nutritivo.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfEs comestible el hueso de aguacate?<\/h2>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de ser comestible, el hueso de aguacate aporta un <strong>70 % m\u00e1s de fibra<\/strong> que la pulpa del aguacate y contiene mucho col\u00e1geno que promueve la salud de las u\u00f1as, el cabello y los huesos. Su alto contenido en fibra facilita la digesti\u00f3n. As\u00ed que no hay raz\u00f3n para tirarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Comerlo directamente es desagradable porque es muy amargo, pero si lo mezclamos con otro ingrediente para compensar el amargor, la mezcla puede quedar deliciosa. Tallos.<\/li>\n<li>Me gusta a\u00f1adir un pu\u00f1ado de 25 g de anacardos para que quede supercremoso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n del gazpacho verde:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 5 minutos<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pon el agua en el recipiente del <a href=\"https:\/\/emulsionizer.com\/categoria-producto\/emulsionizer\/\">emulsionizador<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca el filtro dentro del recipiente con el disco de 0,5 \u00b5 y a\u00f1ade los ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li>Aseg\u00farate de que los ingredientes est\u00e9n sumergidos en el agua; si no, presi\u00f3nalos con una cuchara hasta que lo est\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca la batidora de mano dentro del filtro y tritura durante 1 minuto hasta que est\u00e9 bien triturado.<\/li>\n<li>Retira el filtro de arriba.
